Each week, we walk with weighted sandbags, vests, or backpacks.
The weight varies, the terrain shifts, and the weather changes.
At Day Six, we recognise every man’s burden is different.
These walks aren’t just about carrying weight—but about building resilience, courage, and knowing we can overcome.
This isn’t fitness for aesthetics or ego — it’s resilience in motion for now and the future.
Day Six has a strong focus on unity.
During these walks, we move together. We rotate weight when needed. We check in.
No one is left behind. No one walks alone.
There’s no scoreboard, no competition, no stopwatch—just the goal to finish strong.
You don’t need to be fit — just willing.
We have sandbags of all weights. You can scale up or down—but you still have to carry it.
We aim to see men restored in every area — physically, mentally, socially, and spiritually.
As real friendships are formed, restoration begins.
