We believe men discover a lot about themselves through discipline and physical challenge. Exercise impacts mental health, self-esteem, and overall wellbeing.
Our six-week Bootcamp blends strength and conditioning, using disciplines like boxing — with the truth of God’s Word to help men flourish in faith, fitness, discipline, character, and relationships.
Bootcamps run throughout the year. Each session is on Saturday from 11:20 AM – 1:20 PM, with new themes, training elements, and opportunities to grow.
It’s not just about workouts, it’s about who’s beside you.
Our heart is not only to see men grow individually, but together. We build a culture of support, transparency, and value.
We train in groups, hold each other accountable, bear one another’s burdens, and celebrate breakthroughs.
